Our brain tends to follow certain patterns of thinking and it likes to put ‘things’ into neat little boxes. Remember Einstein’s famous quote?[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”8641″ img_size=”full”][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_separator color=”white”][vc_custom_heading text=”so how to teach our kids?” font_container=”tag:h4|text_align:left|color:%23ce879f” google_fonts=”font_family:Oswald%3A300%2Cregular%2C700|font_style:400%20regular%3A400%3Anormal”][vc_column_text]The key then is to give your brain new thoughts and information, the more options you can give it, the better the solution you are likely to get.
Start by writing the problem at the top of a page. The problem needs to be framed in a way where you come up with solutions and not excuses/ reasons. For example, ‘Why can’t we all get ready on time in the morning?’ should be phrased ‘How can we make sure that we all get ready on time in the morning?’.
The next step is to make a list of ALL of the options available to you, even if they sound ridiculous. It’s important to really make your brain sweat, so try to come up with at least 20 options, that way you force your thinking outside of the box that your brain has put around it.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][vc_custom_heading text=”the daily lifehack summary” font_container=”tag:h4|text_align:left|color:%23ce879f” google_fonts=”font_family:Oswald%3A300%2Cregular%2C700|font_style:400%20regular%3A400%3Anormal”][vc_column_text css=”.vc_custom_1466432300662{border-top-width: 3px !important;border-right-width: 3px !important;border-bottom-width: 3px !important;border-left-width: 3px !important;padding-top: 40px !important;padding-right: 40px !important;padding-bottom: 40px !important;padding-left: 40px !important;background-color: #ce879f !important;border-left-color: #58646d !important;border-left-style: solid !important;border-right-color: #58646d !important;border-right-style: solid !important;border-top-color: #58646d !important;border-top-style: solid !important;border-bottom-color: #58646d !important;border-bottom-style: solid !important;}”]
