This one hack alone can have a tremendous impact on how your day pans out. If you could choose an ideal state to be in at the start of each day, what would it be? Would you choose happiness, optimism, gratefulness, positive mindset?

If you teach your children to make this process a habit, then you will be standing them in very good stead indeed.[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_custom_heading text=”so how to teach our kids?” font_container=”tag:h4|text_align:left|color:%23ce879f” google_fonts=”font_family:Oswald%3A300%2Cregular%2C700|font_style:400%20regular%3A400%3Anormal”][vc_column_text]At Lifehacksforkids towers, our morning routine changes depending on what we are trying to accomplish or how we are (or aren’t feeling). We’ve had morning exercises to increase positivity, to practice mindfulness, we’ve set goals, written To Do lists, we’ve meditated, and written down what we are grateful for- to name a few.

The most important thing is to stop your brain from going into autopilot mode, where you just wander through the morning routine in a zombie-like state. So commit to just 1 activity a day, it will only take 5 minutes, set an alarm for the same time each day and start your day the right way!
