[vc_column_text]The objective for the lesson is to help your child to strengthen the belief in their own resilience.

What is a belief?

A belief is something that you choose to accept as true.

Beliefs help you to make sense of the world and what you believe about yourself helps to shape who you are as a person.

Beliefs can empower you or they can hold you back, but where do they come from?

Beliefs are formed and are based upon the information you have gathered and chosen to accept as true throughout your life.

Beliefs are a self-fulfilling prophesy… for example: you believe that you are resilient person, so you behave in a resilient manner, because of this your brain notices ‘evidence’ of your resilience, which reinforces and strengthens the belief that you are resilient… and the cycle continues.

The purpose of this lesson, is to help your child to learn how to collect the ‘evidence’ they need to develop and strengthen their belief in their own resilience.[/vc_column_text]
