Watch this YouTube video and then answer the following questions:

    Which person do you think has the most resilient story and why do you think that?

2. habits

Between you, can you come up with 10 RESILIENT behaviour habits? For example:

  • Always making sure that you do what you say.
  • Finishing your homework before you do anything else.

Once you have your list, choose one: this will be the behaviour that everyone has to do for the next 7 days.

Quotes are great. They can empower you to do and be better. Click here to choose your own personal RESILIENCE  related quote, then:

    Think of a situation in your past when you could have used the wisdom of this quote- what would you have done differently?

Think of a time in your life when you really showed your RESILIENCE:

Think of a time in your life when you didn't show your RESILIENCE:

Everyone takes a turn to come up with a family motto that is RESILIENCE related, eg:

"The X Family always tries their best and if it doesn't work 1st time that's ok- as long as we LEARN."

Then vote for the BEST one.

In the car or sitting down for dinner, take it in turns to say outloud one reason why you think each family member is RESILIENT.
