You might be about to start a match, perform in a competition, do an exam, or have to deal with failing something, or maybe you've just learned that you've made a big mistake.
So, how can you make sure that you can use your powers of RESILIENCE in situations like these- when you need your powers most?

The fastest and easiest way to do this is to tap into your feelings.
When you really feel your belief and positivity, when you feel in control, worth it and confident, you are in a much better frame of mind and better prepared to take on whatever is in front of you.
And that's what the secret technique will allow you to do- access these feelings whenever you want or need.
