purpose of the module

We all have those moments in life when our resilience is called upon.

And sometimes we could do with a little boost, a shot in the arm so to speak.

Theory and knowledge is one thing, having practiced in the real world is another, but wouldn't it be great to just be able to turn on a switch and FEEL RESILIENT?

That's the purpose of this module.

Step by step we will guide your child through a technique so that they can access a resilient state whenever they want to.

From personal experience over 15 years of using it... it's incredibly useful.

The most important part of the whole exercise is to be able to access the feelings we have selected.

So it's worth making sure that your child has some good examples to use.

what to expect

Using this technique is a habit.

So in the 7 DAY CHALLENGE we try and instil this habit by asking your child to practice the technique daily.

It would be a tremendous help if you could ask them severa times each day to 'see if they can do it'. 

Join in too, everyone could do with a secret RESILIENCE booster!
