Nobody is born resilient, it is something that you work on and develop over time. The best way to do that is to take a step back and analyse your strengths and work out which areas you need to improve and what you can do to get better. 

Our questionnaire will help you to do just that.

If ever you find yourself in a situation that requires your resilience, just take a look at the sheet- it will help you to decide what to do next.
