Before we learn anything new, we need to understand what it is we are supposed to be learning. This activity you will learn what RESILIENCE is.


Now we know what it is we need to know WHY it's important, but not only that, you need to know why being RESILIENT is IMPORTANT to YOU.

If you would like some background info on RESILIENCE then we recommend that you read our summary of Angela Duckworth's bestselling book, Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance. We give you lots of ideas how you can help your kids to find their passion and persevere.


We've created a little mini-course that will help you to improve your RESILIENCE too. Not only will this help you in daily life, but it will also help you to set a better example to your kids, as like it or not, they learn from what we do more than what we say.
