This is a fun way for your child to start to learn about resilience and to get them thinking about what resilience is and how resilient they are in certain situations- we use the same 10 key elements of RESILIENCE.

Learning to focus on what YOU can control is an important trait that all successful people posess. You'll learn how to in this activity.

If you would like some background info on RESILIENCE then we recommend that you read our summary of Angela Duckworth's bestselling book, Grit: The Power of Passion and Perseverance. We give you lots of ideas how you can help your kids to find their passion and persevere.

We've created a little mini-course that will help you to improve your RESILIENCE too. Not only will this help you in daily life, but it will also help you to set a better example to your kids, as like it or not, they learn from what we do more than what we say.
