Now you are ready to complete your 7 DAY BRAVERY CHALLENGE.
this challenge has a twist
BRAVERY is an attitude.
It's the courage to do what's right- in the face of fear or not.
BRAVERY is also a habit one that you build through repeated exposure to facing it.
You don't have to climb a psychological Mount Everest each day, but you do have to push yourself every day.
That's why this week we have a 2 part challenge for you- you'll recognise the usual format:
- 1start each day by remembering that it is a brand new day
- 2write about something you are grateful for and why
- 3start an upward spiral of positive emotion
- 4reflect on how you used your BRAVERY during the day

Eleanor Roosevelt famously said, "Do one thing every day that scares you."
Well this is your chance to put this into practice.
The second part of your challenge this week is a series of crazy BRAVERY challenges for you to complete.
An opportunity for you to feel the fear and do it anyway.
Some of these challenges are a bit crazy and we've marked these with a warning sign- see below- so please ask your parent or caregiver first.
