Which means that we'd better learn how to get good at it, right?

Right! All this theory is GREAT, but. the BEST way to learn how to BE resilient is to practice in the real world.

RESILIENCE is a skill, and just like any skill the more you learn and practice... the better you get.

Your mission (if you choose to accept it) is to complete at least ONE behaviour a day for the next 7 days.

IF you like, put your CHECKLIST on the fridge (or somewhere it can be seen), and see how many behaviours you can check off over the next 7 days.
